This fee is only charged if you are signing up with us with a tenant already living in the home; the fee covers all of our work involved in onboarding that tenant into our system.

Tenant Skips Rent Coverage
If your tenant abandons the property before the end of their lease, then our landlord insurance will pay you up to this amount of lost rent. 4 weeks
Tenant Evicted Rent Coverage
If your tenant has to be evicted, then our landlord insurance will pay you up to this amount of lost rent. 8 weeks
Eviction Legal Fee Coverage
If your tenant has to be evicted, then our landlord insurance will pay up to this amount for court costs and attorneys' fees. $4,000
Malicious Damage Coverage
If your tenant purposefully damages your property, then our landlord insurance will pay up to this amount for repairs.$35,000
Condo Contents Coverage
If your property is a furnished condo, then our landlord insurance will provide this much coverage for your furnishings. $35,000
